HOW IT WORKS
Our Process

Step 1: Gather your used stuff. You can bring your items to our store in Sequim, or you can arrange to have your items picked up for a fee through our hauling partner (see Partners page for more details).
Step 2: We will visually inspect your items. Remember, they must be in good working condition for us to put them on our store shelves. While you are here, take a look around and see if anything catches your eye!
Step 3: There are certain items we will accept and responsibly recycle with our partners, including paint, CFL and fluorescent light bulbs, shoes, and wine corks (see Partners page for more details).
Step 4: Purchase your selections to reuse, repair, repurpose, or upcycle. Celebrate the fact that you are making a positive impact and giving materials another useful purpose!

Pricing & Return Policy
Our mission is to keep stuff out of the landfill. That means pricing items so that they offer a more affordable option versus new. However, we also need to bring in enough revenue to cover our expenses (e.g., utilities, wages, property and equipment costs, etc.). As a 501(c)3 non-profit, we are not looking to make a profit, and any small profit we do make is reinvested in the organization to further our mission. We have shared our tax documentation to provide transparency and assurance of our operations.
ï‚· In general, we price items at 33% of retail/new, or in other words, 67% off retail/new.
ï‚· If it is brand new, the price is a bit higher
ï‚· If it is damaged or in rough shape, the price is a bit lower.
ï‚· If an item has been in the store for over a month, we start adjusting the price down and consider offers.
ï‚· Sometimes we get the price wrong. We encourage customers to find an item’s pricing online and share
it with us so we can determine if an adjustment can be made.
ï‚· We offer a 30-day return on anything you buy at Around Again (with receipt).
